They wrap, enfold, comfort, cover, give solace, mother, hug, shelter and beautify. Lent Worship and Activities Schedule
Lent gives hope! Lent is an ancient and
gracious recognition that we can grow in our faith. Why? Because
our lives can be richer as we combine a deeper relationship with God
with deeper relationships with Wednesdays in Lent, either at 11:30 a.m. or at 7 p.m., we are looking at the hand of God in six people’s lives. “Under the Halo” is to look at them as ordinary men and women, our brothers and sisters, and be seeing God’s hand at work in their lives, be inspired to find God at work in our own. February 17: John Bosco Both Wednesday worship services have meals available. We hope you’ll take part in them as the fellowship of Christians is a source of great growth and encouragement. We may still be looking for volunteers for one or more of the meals. Please consider sharing your gifts in this way. Jesus said when two or more are gathered in his name he was in the midst of them. Do you believe him? (I know you do!) So for Lent find a way to increase the times you meet with other members of this congregation, especially with people you don’t know very well, via Small Groups. We have lots to offer. They have a great value. It is not too late to give any of the groups a try. They’re listed below. God bless you with a renewed faith this Lent!
